Lettings Inventory Clerk is a professional inventory company offering a full inventory and a check in/out service for Letting Agents, Landlords, Tenants and Relocation Agents 6 days a week (Excl Bank holidays)

We produce a professional comprehensive inventory of the full contents of the property to make a binding document agreed between the Landlord and Tenant. 

At check in/out we produce a detailed report stating the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. Meter readings are taken and keys returned are listed and given to/taken from the tenant. Hard bound copies of the report are provided within 48 hours of visiting the property (if requested).
