Inventory

Inventory is thoroughly carried out by the inventory clerk, who uses the best efforts and eye for details to make an adequate description of the property contents and their state. 

Check Out

The check of the property takes place at the very beginning of the tenancy, better before a tenant moves to the property. Our clerk makes a complete revision of everything.  During the check in inventory we record all important details, make photos.

Check out

The check-out report should be made on the last day of tenancy when the agreement comes to an end. Our clerks would come and make a complete revision of everything preferably with the tenant. It is a good idea to provide the clerk with the inventory / check in to compare what was left and what is missing.

Mid term inspection

Our experienced employee will check what issues (if any) with property have arisen after the tenancy, but will remain calm and fair with the tenant. They will be very thorough with the check but not obtrusive and will know exactly what to look out for during the inspection and what to write in the report.
